Check the paste direction, it is possible that the manufacturer rolls up the pattern wallpaper the other way around. Review the result after pasting three strips of wallpaper. Complaints when more than three strips are processed will not be accepted. Processing costst will not be reimbursed. Well-founded complaints will always be resolved through new or different roles.

Returning products

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

The cooling-off period does not apply in the following cases;
