Delivery
The most items will be deliverd within the specified period. In case of a delivery problem the customer support will contact you, whether the new delivery date is acceptable.
Pick up ordered goods
It is possible to pick up ordered goods at our store in Maasdam. Picking up the goods is possible on weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00. We recommend you to make an appointment before picking up the goods, so we're able to check the stock and prepare the goods for you!
Shipping costs
All prices include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the quantity and the brand of the goods. In the shopping cart overview you can exactly see the shipping costs before ordering the goods. Orders above €25,- will be shipped for free!
Complaints
Always check the deliverd wallpaper carefully and follow the instructions from the label. Check the paste direction, it is possible that the manufacturer rolls up the pattern wallpaper the other way around. Review the result after pasting three strips of wallpaper. Complaints when more than three strips are processed will not be accepted. Processing costst will not be reimbursed. Well-founded complaints will always be resolved through new or different roles.
Returning products
Individuals are protected by law when it comes to online purchases. For this purpose, the 'Distance Selling' Act has been in force since 1 February 2001.Tthis law is intended as a cooling-off period.
According to the legislator, the law 'Distance Selling' applies to purchases where the seller and consumer 'have not meet each other'. this is the case with so-called online purchases, or distance purchases through the internet.
The law determines that a consumer (private purchase) has the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason during a period of 14 days after receipt of the products.
Right of Withdrawal upon Delivery of Products
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
The cooling-off period does not apply in the following cases;
Following “Products that you buy through this webstore and which are custom made according the specifications that you entered, are excluded from the Rigth of Withdrawal. The sale is final after a succesfull payment.”

The law 'Distance Selling' is fully respected by us. The legislator has set 14 days after delivery of the product as the ultimate cooling-off period.

All products must be returned in proper packaging. You are solely responsibe for any damage or loss during transport.
Take into account the following;
- You must include the return form in the box.
- You must pay the shipping- and insurance costs.
- If the return is unjustified, the costs for returning it to you will be at your expense.
